This is a 24 x 30 x 1.5 inch piece on a gallery profile canvas. I started this piece with little direction other than trying to do something vibrant and interesting. As I continued to work on it, I found that I was making “the path as I was walking” so to speak. I was also listening to a lot of Sleep Token as I worked on it. My goal was to have an outcome that looks somewhat messy and random while knowing I did each brush stroke, pour, splash and line with specific intent.
